Our experience at the Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat hotel was particularly disappointing and in no way worthy of a five-star accommodation. Specifically, on Saturday afternoon I contacted the hotel by phone to confirm that the established brunch would take place on Sunday. The answer I received was positive, without any reservations, and I proceeded to make a reservation for six people. Upon our arrival the next day, we were informed by the staff that the brunch would not take place after all, without any clear explanation or prior information to us. Then, we were offered the alternative that we could sit down and eat from the menu for a fixed amount of โฌ15 per person. We repeatedly asked for clarification on what exactly this proposal included and were assured that we could choose freely. However, after we sat down and were about to order, we were informed again that the previous information was incorrect and that we would be charged as per the menu. The overall management of the situation was characterized by a lack of communication, contradictory information and a complete lack of professionalism. We believe that this type of behavior is not in line with the standards of a 5-star hotel and creates a particularly negative impression on customers. We hope that there will be better organization and clear communication in the future, so that similar incidents will not be repeated.

The room was quite clean and functional. We chose this place because of the massage and sauna options. We had a minor issue, but the hotel management immediately addressed it and resolved it well. The staff's attentiveness and the hotel's excellent renovation were very good.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mythical Coast Wellness Retreat for four nights, and it was truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. I stayed in room 522, and the highlight for me was the incredible balcony overlooking the water. Waking up to that peaceful waterfront view every morning and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening felt so calming and specialโit really elevated the whole stay. The location is also a huge advantage. The hotel is very conveniently situated close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure completely stress-free, and at the same time itโs just a short drive to Mytilene town. Itโs the perfect balance if you want both relaxation and easy access to explore. Overall, my stay felt comfortable, smooth, and thoughtfully designed. If youโre looking for a place that combines beautiful sea views with a practical, well-connected location, I would definitely recommend it.
