Good hotel, would recommend it. The staff were really good, friendly and helpful, and the common areas were very nicely done - good pool, plentiful loungers and beds. Gave us a tasty welcome cocktail on arrival. Breakfast selection was great, the evening meal we had once and didn't think that much of it. Only two negative points - had to ask for our heated pool to be turned on (but it was lovely after), and the electronic door lock failed on one day locking us in! They had an engineer there to replace it in minutes. They provide a shuttle from the airport for €30 which helps remove hassle. There's also a bus stop right outside for frequent buses into Heraklion. Good restaurants nearby, beach only a few minutes.

Our stay at this hotel was a complete success and even exceeded our expectations. The entire hotel is very well-maintained and offers a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. We would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and warmth of all the staff. You feel welcome and well cared for at all times. The food was also excellent and very varied. The hotel's location is another major plus. Both the beach and numerous shops and attractions are within easy reach. This makes the hotel an ideal base for excursions and sightseeing trips. The pool area is inviting and relaxing, the loungers are very comfortable, and the entire complex exudes a peaceful and restorative ambiance. As a minor suggestion for improvement, we would like to mention the room cleaning. In our case, it could have been a bit more thorough. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room unfortunately didn't work, which made sleeping during the warm nights somewhat difficult. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We would gladly return anytime. Super good ❤️❤️

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff is incredibly responsive and attentive to every request. Breakfast varies daily with plenty of choices, and everything is homemade, with a direct view into the kitchen. The pool is beautiful. I highly recommend it.
