- Late Cancellation Fee – 50% of the treatment price.
Cancelation Policy
Depending on the service and the time before the appointment when the cancellation was issued, the client is elligible either for a full refund or a 50% refund.
For dermatological examinations the client needs only to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience to be elligible for a full refund.
In treatments like Fue hair transplantation or cosmetic surgery procedures the client must cancel at least 3 weeks before the session date for a full refund. In case of late cancellation, only 50% is refunded. Rescheduling is possible only with prior 2 weeks notice.

Excellent experience again and again! I come every year for a dermatological checkup. I am seen by Ms. Georgia Kazantzti, who is excellent! Friendly, sweet, reassuring, knowledgeable, and does everything she can to help! Together with Dr. Tzermia, they have helped me immensely! There is no better atmosphere and better people in the area! I highly recommend them!

I was completely satisfied with the two doctors who did the cave mapping for me. Despite the large number of caves I have, they did the recording and analysis with methodicality and patience. At the end, Mr. Tzermias also saw me for a final opinion.

Το «τραγικό» είναι πραγματικά πολύ λίγο και το ένα αστέρι πολύ για να περιγράψει την εμπειρία μου. Πήγα για αφαίρεση τατουάζ και πριν προχωρήσω στη διαδικασία, η ενημέρωση που είχα ήταν ότι δεν θα πονούσα ιδιαίτερα και ότι η διαδικασία θα ήταν πολύ πιο ανώδυνη απ’ ό,τι τελικά αποδείχθηκε. Η πραγματικότητα ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική. Ο πόνος ήταν αφόρητος και, επιπλέον, υπέστην έγκαυμα 2ου βαθμού. Και σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό, τελικά ουσιαστική δουλειά για την αφαίρεση του τατουάζ δεν έγινε. Δηλαδή υπέστην έντονο πόνο και έναν σοβαρό τραυματισμό, χωρίς να έχω το αποτέλεσμα για το οποίο πήγα εξαρχής. Είχα προπληρώσει 360€ για 6 συνεδρίες. Έγιναν μόλις 3 συνεδρίες και από τα χρήματα που είχα προκαταβάλει έμειναν 180€. Τα υπόλοιπα 180€ τους τα χαρίζω. Ειλικρινά, μετά από όσα συνέβησαν, δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα εκεί ούτε για να μου αφαιρέσουν έναν σπίλο.Το θέμα για μένα πλέον δεν είναι τα 180€, αλλά η εμπιστοσύνη και ο σεβασμός που πρέπει να υπάρχει όταν απευθύνεσαι σε έναν γιατρό και την ομάδα του. Η δεύτερη εμπειρία μου, όμως, ήταν αυτή που πραγματικά με έκανε να χάσω κάθε εκτίμηση για τον συγκεκριμένο γιατρό. Στα τέλη Μαΐου ή στις αρχές Ιουνίου πήγα με την κόρη μου για την ακμή της και κάναμε ραντεβού με τον ίδιο τον κ. Τζερμιά. Δεν συμφώνησα με την πρότασή του για τη χορήγηση χαπιών στην κόρη μου και, όπως θεωρώ αυτονόητο, εξέφρασα τη διαφωνία μου ως γονιός. Φεύγοντας από το γραφείο του, ο κ. Τζερμιάς είπε και καλά χαμηλόφωνα «Άντε μου στο διάολο». Και εδώ θέλω να ξεκαθαρίσω κάτι: εγώ δεν γνώριζα τότε τι ακριβώς είχε ειπωθεί. Η ίδια μου η κόρη μού το αποκάλυψε μόλις τώρα που το είχε ακούσει. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που γράφω την αξιολόγηση τώρα, αρκετό καιρό μετά το συγκεκριμένο ραντεβού. Το να διαφωνεί ένας γονιός με μια θεραπευτική πρόταση είναι δικαίωμά του. Το να απαντά ένας γιατρός με μια τέτοια φράση επειδή ο γονιός δεν συμφώνησε μαζί του, για μένα, ξεπερνά κάθε όριο επαγγελματισμού και στοιχειώδους σεβασμού. Δεν με ενδιαφέρει αν κάποιος θα συμφωνήσει ή όχι με την προτεινόμενη θεραπεία. Με ενδιαφέρει ο τρόπος συμπεριφοράς και το πώς αντιμετωπίζονται οι άνθρωποι που εμπιστεύονται την υγεία τους — ή την υγεία των παιδιών τους — σε έναν γιατρό. Μετά από όλα αυτά, η προσωπική μου άποψη είναι ξεκάθαρη: Κάντε τη χάρη στον εαυτό σας και πηγαίνετε σε έναν σοβαρό, υπεύθυνο και πραγματικά επαγγελματία δερματολόγο, που θα σας ενημερώσει με ειλικρίνεια και θα σας αντιμετωπίσει με τον σεβασμό που δικαιούστε.
