Mr Koukos diagnosed my painful knee immediately as a ruptured ACL with medial meniscus tear, which had unfortunately been missed by my previous doctor. I came back to Thessaloniki a few months later to have the surgery and it has gone really well. Mr Koukos and his team made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be and the results are excellent. I should be able to get back to all my previous sports in a few more months. Highly recommended.

I had shoulder surgery on March 10, 2026. I was well prepared by Dr.Koukas on what to expect after the surgery. I wasn't expecting that he would visit me after the surgery, and a couple of times that day and the next, when I was discharged. The surgery went extremely well, and I had discomfort, but way less pain than I was expecting. My recovery went book perfect, and it was helped by the fact that Dr. Koulkas stayed in touch with me and followed my progress. I could not have asked for a better doctor. Thanks, Doc.

Starting off about this man, I want to emphasize that he is an excellent doctor but above all a wonderful person!! I met him after an accident that resulted in two tendons being severed. During the visit I made to his office, he told me exactly what happened from the day of the surgery until the moment I moved my shoulder again!! Thank you very much for your attention and interest in my person. Now, in addition to a doctor, I have also gained a friend. I highly recommend him.

My doctor, Mr. Koukos, gained my trust from the first moment we met as he made me feel safe about my surgery and rehabilitation (external meniscus tear). My choice was also confirmed by my physiotherapist, who uses the phrase >. His interest is unique and certainly for any orthopedic problem I have, he will always be my first choice!!!
