The blood draw can cause brief discomfort or a small bruise; the ECG and echocardiogram have no harmful side effects; the MRI is radiation-free but is contraindicated in patients with certain implants and may trigger claustrophobia; the CT uses ionising radiation and is generally avoided in pregnancy; both MRI and CT may use intravenous contrast, which uncommonly causes mild reactions and rarely allergic reactions. As a screening service the check-up does not treat any condition — its purpose is to flag findings that may require further specialist work-up, occasionally leading to additional tests not covered in the original package. Disclose all metallic implants, known allergies, pregnancy possibility, kidney disease and current medications when you book.

What to Expect
Before the visit: fasting for 8 to 10 hours is recommended before the blood draw and abdominal imaging. Patients with metallic implants or pacemakers should inform the clinic in advance. Bring a list of current medications and any prior medical records. No referral is needed. During the visit: all examinations are performed on the same day in a coordinated sequence — blood draw → ECG → MRI → Chest CT → echocardiography → cardiology consultation. Total duration is approximately 4 to 5 hours. After the visit: a comprehensive written English-language health report is provided the same day or within 24 hours. Findings are reviewed and referrals for further specialist care are arranged if required.
