Tragic behavior from both the person in charge of the office and him. They had forgotten to call me after the surgery and I called after 3 weeks. The doctor left for Cyprus and no one remembered me. The excuse was that I changed my office and he forgot to inform us about the incidents. The incisions of the operation were lousy and crooked, nothing to do with the image he presents in the photos and according to what he promises. He had a long surgery after me and was in a hurry to finish me. I took off the bandages by myself and he saw me after a month and a half instead of ten days, because they kept canceling my appointment. So obviously I was late in applying the scar cream as no one informed me! Also, on the second visit, because there are 3 free ones after the surgery, I mentioned the receipt, as I didn't haggle and paid extra for up to 2 busts (100€ total) for after the surgery! They thought it was strange that I asked for the receipt and the clerk looked at each other meaningfully! Then, instead of the 5000 thousand I paid, they only gave me a receipt for 3500€ and with force, after I went down and up 2 times as I was late to find out that the first receipt was 1500€. So when I asked for the remaining amount, the clerk informed me afterwards, the person in charge of the clerk to be exact, that if I want the entire amount deducted, I have to pay extra for the VAT on the implants, something that we had never agreed upon. I didn't ask for a better price, nor did they give me one! I gave the money directly to the hospital after the operation, in cash, without any receipt! I am writing after a year and a half, because I am looking for a correction again and I remembered what I went through. No trust. I never managed to talk to the doctor on the phone, not even when I had a fever, only the secretary would inform him about what I said and then she would call me back herself to tell me what I had to do. The phone calls I made to them were once for the fever and two more for the appointments I had to make for 3 months and 6 months. I never bothered them for anything!
