Rezeption: Empfang durch Maria und Kolleginnen einwandfrei und freundlich, auf Englisch. Zimmer: Wie gebucht (Suite) geräumig, mit freiem Blick auf einen Pool und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Sauber, es funktionierte alles, geringe optische Mängel zum Saisonende störten uns nicht. Abends nach 23:00 (da schliesst die Poolbar) ruhig. TV mit >10 deutschen Sendern. Essen am Buffet: Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten und schmeckte gut. Leider manchmal nicht richtig warm gehalten. Der Cappuchino aus dem Automaten schmeckte meiner Frau nicht (Frühstück und Poolbar), muss jeder selber ausprobieren. Service: Antonia begrüsste uns regelmässig mit einem freundlichen "Kalimera". Sie und ihre Kolleginnen/Kollegen waren nett und aufmerksam, ebenso wie Marjana und die anderen Buffet-Nachfüller, sowie die Barkeeper. Zinmerreinigung: Total nett, schnell und gründlich. Danke an das ganze Hotel-Team! Lage: Die Allein-Lage abseits von Ort und Strand ist einerseits ruhig, andererseits vielleicht zu ruhig. Muss jeder für sich entscheiden ... Der Shuttle per Minibus ermöglicht es, in Bali mal ins Meer zu springen. Wer mehr sehen möchte, braucht einen Mietwagen oder muss einen Ausflug buchen. Gäste: Überwiegend wohl aus GB. Leider auch diverse Gäste mit kurzen Hosen beim Abendessen, obwohl das Hotel entsprechende Hinweise gibt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Noch mehr auf Müllvermeidung achten, z.B. durch Salz- und Pfefferstreuer auf dem Tisch, anstatt Tüten abzubieten. Oder die vielen Plastikbecher an der Bar: Gibt es da nicht eine schlaue Mehrweg-Lösung, wenn Glas aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erlaubt ist?

I'm still impressed by this hotel. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful location. The room in the new building was beautiful, functional, and spotlessly clean. The views were incredible. The food was delicious and varied. The staff stole our hearts! The right people in the right place, a rare find; everyone was warm, helpful, and always smiling. Especially Mrs. Regina, who made sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The only possible downside for some might be that the all-inclusive package doesn't have a beach bar serving drinks or snacks, but it didn't bother us; the hotel makes up for it all. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!
