Service Summary
A multi-specialty annual health screen for women combining executive-level lab work with gynaecological exam, Pap smear, breast and digital mammography.
Possible Side Effects
The large blood-test panel causes a small bruise at the puncture site and short-lived light-headedness in some patients. Pelvic exam and Pap smear produce brief discomfort and one to two days of light spotting. Digital mammography compresses the breast for a few seconds per image, causing pressure, soreness, and rare skin bruising. Fasting requirements for lipid and glucose tests can produce mild dizziness.

What to Expect
On the day of the appointment, present at the centralized Check-Up Department after a 10 to 12 hour overnight fast, and timed where possible to cycle days 9 to 11 for the digital mammogram and Pap smear test. The day is organized to deliver the entire panel in a single visit, with sequential rotation through the laboratory draw, the imaging suite (upper and lower abdomen ultrasound, breast ultrasound, digital mammogram), and the five clinical specialist rooms (Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Cardiology, Gynaecology). The ECG is performed and reviewed by a cardiologist. A General Practitioner / Internist evaluates the complete result set at the end of the visit and issues a medical report with specific guidelines. The age tier (<45, >45, >50) selected at booking determines additional examinations such as total body bone mineral density measurement, female reproductive hormones, and CT Coronary Angiography.
Duration
Single day at the centralized Check-Up Department for the full executive panel.
