With vision and responsibility, we have created a company that can offer upgraded healthcare services both in patient transport and in human services tailored to the needs and desires of each client. Our mission is to provide emergency pre-hospital care to trauma patients or patients at the scene of an accident or at the site of sudden illness, and to timely and safely transport them from the scene to the appropriate medical facility, according to international care standards.

Personel Experience

Emergency Help differentiates itself in terms of quality, service, pricing, and innovation. It operates with a modern fleet of digitally equipped ambulances, featuring state-of-the-art medical equipment that is continuously monitored and updated.

All our ambulances are equipped with high-demand medical equipment comparable to intensive care unit facilities. Mobile medical units are staffed by trained medical personnel and crews – rescuers, all graduates of the IEK EKAB (Emergency Medical Technician School), as well as nurses with extensive experience in the field of patient and air transport.

The rescuer – ambulance crew and nurses, operating either independently or under the doctor’s orders, participate in addressing life-threatening conditions at the scene and stabilizing and transporting acutely ill patients to the nearest medical unit.

Through the recruitment of experienced and high-quality personnel, we provide professional and specialized services to our patients. Professional knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

  • Contributing to the maintenance and promotion of health
  • Applying hygiene rules for themselves and patients
  • Appreciating health and human dignity
  • Knowing and applying interventions – techniques necessary for addressing life-threatening conditions based on team guidelines or physician instructions
  • Demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in patient interaction
  • Recognizing the basic symptoms of acute conditions requiring emergency care
  • Applying updated protocols for pre-hospital care for various conditions
  • Assisting the physician in emergency medical procedures
  • Participating in teams with other service agencies and applying updated protocols for addressing health losses due to mass accidents or disasters
  • Providing psychological support to patients and their families
  • Applying life support procedures – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Using emergency care delivery systems according to domestic and international data
  • Acting in accordance with legislation and ethical issues
  • Participating in educational and research programs

PRE-EXPERIENCE: All nurses have an average of 5 years of experience in ICU & Emergency Departments, while rescuers have an average of 7 years of active experience in pre-hospital care.

The medical staff of your company accompanying ground and air transport cases has experience in administrative positions in large hospitals and organizations. Your medical team consists of doctors specializing in the following disciplines:

  • Anesthesiologists
  • Intensivists
  • Cardiologists
  • General Practitioners
  • Pulmonologists
  • Pathologists
  • Orthopedic surgeons
  • For intubated or emergency cases, the presence of an anesthesiologist or intensivist is mandatory.

All medical members of the crews, including Doctors, Nurses, and Rescuers, hold the necessary certifications.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • Critical Emergency Medical Care
