A terrible experience, openly rude, and reselling rooms! Avoid! We booked and paid for two Twin/Double rooms - Deluxe Rooms in advance. We received official confirmation 16 days before arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel around 6:30 PM, we discovered our rooms were... occupied. The hotel explained that there was a "technical glitch." And here's my main question: why do hotel staff treat guests like naive people? Those who taught them this business were once my students. I understand the real reason perfectly well: one-night reservations are less profitable than longer stays, so they simply resold our rooms. Instead, we were offered accommodation in different hotels, naturally of a lower standard. This is Greece, after all, and the service is top-notch! While one of the options offered was okay, the second was simply awful (I'll cover it in a separate review). They offered no alternative: either accept this humiliation or be left on the street. In over 20 years of traveling around the world, neither I nor anyone I know has ever encountered such blatant deception and rudeness. Before booking a room here and handing over your money, think a thousand times whether you really need this kind of "service." I want to warn the hotel managers right away: if you try to get away with platitudes like "we're sorry, we apologize," and so on, it's best to keep quiet. You've simply ruined our first trip to Greece. Thank you so much.

We stayed for a few days in the summer. Very beautiful hotel, just a few steps from the metro (Acropolis stop), ideal location. The staff was very kind from the first moment and responded to everything we needed. I have no words for the staff really, the service was exemplary and certainly played the biggest role in this evaluation. Cleanliness excellent. The rooms comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the mattresses (cocomat). The breakfast very good as well as the dishes we tried in the restaurant.
